The other part of our turkey dinner was a delicious ham. Ham was another food I have never before had to prepare or cook. We cooked our ham on the barbecue, I think this is my favorite!
This is what we did with our ham:
The ham we bought was already seasoned with different herbs and spices so we didn’t need to do that.
First, we covered the ham with tin foil, but only partly so that it didn’t burn on the outside, we cooked it on the barbecue for 2 hours at 325 degrees, until the hams center was 130 degrees. Then we took it off the barbecue and let it cool. Not much to it, but it sure tasted good!
