Once again, I realize that taco salad may not be the healthiest option, but this dish was a hit when I brought it to my friend’s bbq

I love taco salad, but usually when I make it I put the bare minimum ingredients into– this time I tried following a specific recipe, but then ended up added my own personal touches to it. I wanted to add a variety of vegetables instead of just the regular lettuce and tomatoes, so I also put in orange and green pepper, purple and green onion, and avocado.

Along with the vegetables I put in, moose meat, brown beans, kidney beans, Dorito chips, Frank’s red hot sauce, salsa, sour cream, taco seasoning mix, and pepper.

The only thing I would change about this for next time is not putting in so many onions; I love onions but the taste was kind of dominating compared to the rest of the ingredients.
