I use to really enjoy eating chicken, but about a year ago I got sick from it and haven’t been able to eat it since then. I wanted to try chicken again, but kind of wanting to cover the taste- or at least make it a lot more different than what I remember being sick off of!

I didn’t know this before, but apparently your suppose to rinse and dry chicken before eating it. I found this tip out from the TLC cooking website.

I am also a freak about cross contamination while handling and cooking with chicken, I am so scared of getting salmonella. So to say the least, cooking chicken isn’t the best experience for me because I am just a bit paranoid about it!
