Check out this salad I made with Avocado. It’s so tasty. I got the recipe from a lady online, she never told me any measurements to use so everything was basically “guesstimated”.

The first time I tried it, there was way to much lemon in it, so I tried another batch and it was perfect- I think the key to balancing out the lemon and olive oil is to put just a tiny bit more oil in it then lemon. It also helps to stir the dressing in a little cup so you can taste it before adding it with the veggies.

Here are the ingredients:




-red pepper

Salad dressing:

– olive oil, lemon, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper!
