Okay, this pasta recipe is no where close to being healthy (1 cup of sour cream, 3/4 cups of cream cheese, pasta, cheese…. you get it) BUT it was really tasty and filling.

The only thing I didn’t really enjoy about this dish was the artichokes- I’ve never tried them before so I am glad I got to see what they were all about but I am defiantly not a fan

I found the recipe on my pinterest, so I pinned it to my board, for those of you who don’t have pinterest this is the link to the website the recipe can be found on: http://www.budgetsavvydiva.com/2012/02/spinach-artichoke-baked-pasta/ Unthawing and draining the spinach wasn’t as annoying this time as it was for the vegetarian lasgana rolls- I guess practice makes it much easier and enjoyable
